Changes to outings may occasionally be required due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, a suitable alternative will be arranged. If this is not possible, an outing may need to be cancelled at short notice. We will let you know of any changes or cancellations.
Prices are correct at the time of publication. If a venue changes its pricing, we will let you know.
Unless otherwise stated, entry to venues is free. Morning tea, lunch and other food or drink purchases are not included in the outing cost. Any additional activity or entry costs will be clearly noted on the Social Outings Calendar.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
The day before your outing, you will receive an automated call advising you of your scheduled pick-up time.
From 1 October 2026, the following cancellation arrangements apply to Social Outings.
Our outings are planned in advance based on the number of clients attending. This includes allocating vehicles and Drivers, planning transport and, where required, purchasing tickets or making bookings with external venues.
If you cancel before the day of your outing
A $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount you have already paid. The remaining balance will be credited to your Linked account for future services.
If you cancel on the day of your outing
The following cancellation fees apply:
Your prepaid amount will not be refunded or credited if you cancel on the day of your outing.
Ticketed Events
Where Linked has already purchased a ticket on your behalf and the ticket cannot be refunded or transferred, the cost of the ticket will not be refunded or credited.
We understand that sometimes plans change. These arrangements help us manage the costs associated with cancellations and reserved places that may not be able to be offered to another client at short notice.
If you need to cancel, please let the Linked team know as early as possible.
Prices listed on our Social Outings Calendars are for clients funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
If you are not eligible for CHSP funding, please speak with our team about the applicable rate.
Full Day Outings
Full Day Outings are currently $20, unless otherwise stated. Pick-up from your door is from 9am, with return to the same location by approximately 4pm.
Half Day Outings
Half Day Outings are currently $15, unless otherwise stated. Pick-up times vary and are shown for each outing. Half Day Outings are up to four hours.
Weekend Outings
Weekend Outings are currently $30, unless otherwise stated. Pick-up times vary and are shown for each outing.
